In case of any abnormality of the equipment, the Seller shall give a reply within 2 hours upon receipt of the notice. If on-site service is required, the Seller shall send qualified, experienced, competent and healthy technicians to the project site within 24 hours according to the following conditions for technical service. The seller's technical service personnel shall be subject to on-site unified management and provide detailed service or maintenance plans.
The technical services are as follows:
1. The seller shall be responsible for on-site guidance on installation, driving and debugging (operation, machinery, performance, etc.)
2. Maintenance equipment
3. Train the buyer's personnel (operators, maintenance personnel, etc.)
